While it's true that processes are frequently cumbersome and slow, the choice of processes depends on factors such as capacity, pricing, the availability of resources, knowledge, incentives, and a company's ability to make a breakthrough. Think beyond the box and imagine that businesses will begin sending empty freezers filled with frozen fruit or other unprocessed produce to the countries and then wait for the exporters to process it before delivering it to the consumer by adding value. Additionally, because there are no fuel or logistics costs, temperature control, or freezer involved, that approach is also the simplest for shipping. I believe that this kind of scenario is feasible if the quantities begin to flow. Currently, businesses spend a lot of money on logistics.
