For nearly two decades, we have collaborated with over 31 brands and organisations, establishing a presence in over 351 factories throughout 14 states in India and 14 countries in the Asian and African regions through technical assistance in capacity building, programmes, systems, and workforce policies. We have reached out to nearly 350,000 workers and their families, with women accounting for 60%. We have directly implemented our women's empowerment projects in industries in India and have been offering technical assistance in the Asian and African countries.
